What products or services can I sell?+
You can offer anything that can be delivered or accessed digitally, including courses, webinars, video calls, consulting services, documentation, podcasts, images, photos, templates, websites, plugins, and more. At this stage, physical products or goods cannot be sold on Creala, so be sure your offerings fit our digital-only model. Please note that your product or service must also meet the guidelines outlined in our Content Policy. This ensures a safe and seamless experience for everyone.
Does Creala have a free trial?+
Yes, you will have a 7-day free trial. After the end of the trial, your products and store will be paused. If you decide to continue, simply choose a paid plan that fits your needs. This way, you can keep selling without interruption and enjoy all the features Creala has to offer.
I've made my first sale, when will the money arrive?+
In most cases, the funds will be available within 4 to 7 days after the sale on Creala. It may take slightly longer if the purchase happens on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
How do I get paid?+
In the Account section, you can easily add or edit the bank account where your payments will be deposited. All transactions are securely processed by Stripe, ensuring quick and reliable payouts.
Can I create subscriptions or memberships?+
Yes! You can easily set up recurring payments. This way, your audience can pay automatically on a set schedule while enjoying uninterrupted access to your content or services.
Can I use my own Stripe account?+
Yes, you can! Simply reach out to our support team via the chat bubble or send an email to support@crea.la to get set up.
Can I have more than one store?+
Yes! Our Pro plan includes up to three stores, each in its own workspace. This allows you to manage multiple brands or projects under a single Creala account.
Can I connect my own domain?+
Yes! Creala lets you connect a custom domain so you can strengthen your brand and provide a consistent experience for your customers. Our plans include a domain connector, and setup typically involves adjusting a few DNS records (step-by-step instructions are available in your settings panel). If you don't have a domain, Creala provides a free URL so you can start selling right away without any extra steps.
